Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Effective Date: 2nd January 2016
Applies to: All resellers, distributors, and online retailers of Shade All-Natural Sunscreen

1. Purpose

To protect the integrity of the Shade All-Natural Sunscreen brand and to support our resellers’ ability to invest in customer service, education, and product presentation, Not the Norm Ltd has established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.

2. Policy Coverage

This MAP Policy applies to all resellers of Shade All-Natural Sunscreen products in the United Kingdom. This includes all forms of advertising such as:

• Online listings 

• Printed ads

• Social media posts

• Email promotions

• Price comparison tools or affiliate marketing

3. MAP Pricing

Resellers may not advertise Shade All-Natural Sunscreen products at a price lower than the following minimum advertised prices:

Note: Prices are subject to periodic review and adjustment. Any updates will be communicated in writing.

4. What Is Allowed

• Resellers may sell the product at any price they choose; however, they may not advertise below MAP.

• Resellers may use language such as “Call for Price,” “See Price in Cart,” or “Click to see pricing,” as long as the final displayed price prior to checkout complies with this policy.

• Temporary in-store discounts are permitted as long as they are not advertised online or in public media.

5. Violations

If a reseller is found to be violating the MAP policy:

1. First Violation: Written warning and request for immediate correction.

2. Second Violation: Temporary suspension of supply.

3. Third Violation: Termination of authorised reseller status and access to trade pricing or products.

Not the Norm Ltd reserves the right to enforce this policy at its sole discretion and without notice.

6. Policy Acknowledgement

All authorised resellers are deemed to understand and acknowledge this MAP Policy. This is a unilateral policy, and Not the Norm Ltd does not seek, nor will it accept, any agreement or modification from resellers.
